Cyber-Resilient Grid Control Through Advanced WAMCS

Digital measurement precision is very important for the reliability of power grids; however, these measurements are susceptible to cybersecurity risks and inaccuracies due to sensor faults. Our proposed wide-area control scheme will enhance the resilience of the grid through a multisensor temporal prediction-based wide-area control system. A flexible AC transmission system controller has been implemented to detect and mitigate problems occurring in the smart grid's ability to operate effectively. The results of this study show that the integration of predictive algorithms into WAMCS is critical to providing a secure, stable, and reliable energy infrastructure.
