From “Just Five Minutes” to “Why Is It 1 A.M.?” – A Sheep Game That Completely Caught Me Off Guard
You know that dangerous lie we tell ourselves as gamers?
“I’ll just play for five minutes.”
That’s exactly how this story starts.
I wasn’t looking for anything special that day. No hype, no expectations, no checklist of features. I just wanted something light to play while taking a break. Then I stumbled upon a weird-looking Crazy Cattle 3D game about sheep. It looked chaotic, slightly goofy, and very much not serious.
Perfect.
I launched the game, leaned back in my chair, and thought, “Alright, let’s see what this is about.”
Fast forward an hour later, I was still playing… and laughing.
First Few Minutes: Confusion, Curiosity, Then Laughter
The game doesn’t hold your hand. There’s no long introduction, no dramatic setup. You’re just there. Controlling a sheep. Moving around. Testing things out.
At first, I didn’t really “get” it.
The movement felt strange. The sheep didn’t react the way my gamer instincts expected. I overshot things. I bumped into obstacles. I fell more times than I’d like to admit.
But instead of feeling annoyed, I felt curious.
“Okay… what if I slow down?”
“What if I turn earlier?”
“What if I just let it happen?”
That’s when the fun started.
